Individual Development Plan (IDP)
One of the tools in our Leadership Development Process is the Individual Development Plan. The plan is designed to increase the skill, performance level and career potential of each employee.

Mentorship Program
A partnership between two individuals who desire mutual growth. The mentee benefits from the experience of the mentor.

Employee Guarantee
All Delta employees will have their development review within 30 days of their anniversary date. Otherwise, they will receive a week's pay.
